Jeffrey S. Morin
Since 1995, Jeff Morin has owned and operated six different businesses. As an entrepreneur, Jeff learned early on to do what you do best and outsource the rest; by doing so you are able to grow your business faster and do so more efficiently.
In 1997 Jeff discovered HR Outsourcing and could not believe how much time and money he was able to save by utilizing these services. Furthermore the peace of mind that he was able to receive knowing that HR professionals were handling all of his State and Federal Compliance issues, Risk management, HR Legal, Benefits and Payroll were an added benefit.
After referring numerous business owners in the community to these services; Jeff realized that small and mid-sized companies (10-10,000 employees) could really use these services but most did not know about them. That said, Jeff teamed with Kristian Svindland to start HROplus.
Since 2003 HROplus has consulted with numerous businesses nationwide and helped them to save valuable time and money while offering a more efficient way to operate.
Kristian founded HROplus with Jeff Morin in December of 2003, with a full launch of the business in the Spring of 2004. With a background in business-to-business sales and corporate communications, combined with his Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College, Kristian focuses most of his attention on the day-to-day operations and finances of HROplus. In addition, he heads up the sales team and spends time on the marketing and communications efforts as well.
When not working on helping businesses “Discover Simple,” Kristian spends his time with his family and friends in New Hampshire and the Greater Boston area. In addition, Kristian enjoys coaching his son in T-Ball and Soccer and is a season ticket holder of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
